Many people like to sit on their balcony and watch for dolphins. Yes, this is actually an activity that is very popular for frequent renters at the Sonoran Resorts.

For those with a taste for the wild side, there are banana boat rides available just outside of the resorts. Snorkeling and Scuba diving are always available alternatives. Parasailing has become a very popular activity on Sandy Beach.

Deep Sea Fishing on the Sea of Cortez is very popular. Among the type of fish available are cabrilla(sand bass), Trigger fish (cochi), snapper, Flounder, Grouper, and Pinta. The warmer water will bring in Sea Trout (Corbina), shark, sierra, yellowtail and more. Guided tours will put you in the right places, the rest is up to you and a little luck.

Pura Vida Sailing offers sunset and afternoon catamaran cruises and sailing instructions. They offer daytime charters. They are located in Safe Marina on the East side of the harbor.
